Our Guaranteed Visa Packages

How can you guarantee my spouse visa?

Regulation 9 of the EEA Immigration Regulations 2006 allow British citizens who have worked and lived in another EU country to return to the UK with their spouse, children, parents and grand parents of the British citizen or spouse. This is also known as the ‘Surinder Singh‘ route.

We obtain a visa for your spouse in Ireland, the only documents we need are your passports and marriage certificate. Once your spouse has their visa (usually within a month) , we arrange employment and help you find accommodation, so everything is ready when your arrive in Ireland together. We take care of all the documentation and applications and visas so you and your spouse can enjoy your holiday in Ireland and return to the UK together legally. Read our client testimonials to see what they say about us.

What about my employment?

One of the conditions to benefit from the ‘Surinder Singh’ route is employment or self employment in the EU country. Paid employment is provided in our package, so there’s no need to spend months submitting your CV and searching on job sites. If you prefer to work from home as self employed, we can set you up with a website and online business so you can spend time with your spouse and explore Ireland.

What about my accommodation?

We help you find a private house/apartment/flat suitable to your needs in Ireland. We will assist you to the relevant estate/letting agents, provide you contact details for private landlords and help you draw and negotiate the terms of your tenancy agreement.

How long do I have to stay in Ireland?

The law defines the minimum time you have have to spend in the EU country as 3 months and a day. After that time we arrange for you to return to the UK with your spouse immediately.

We help arrange all your documents and assist your return to the UK.

Our package includes all costs such as visa fees and application charges.. All you pay for are your bills, food and transport and rent. Remember, we also provide you with paid employment.

Why choose the Surinder Singh Route?

The UK refused 36% of applications to join family in the UK permanently in the first quarter of 2015.

The home office visa application fee of £956 is not refunded when an application is refused. Even if you meet the strict income threshold of £18,600 and include all the necessary documents, there is no guarantee that a visa is will be approved. Our process saves you thousands of pounds compared to the UK visa process.

The Surinder Singh route has other advantages over directly applying for a UK Visa. Ireland usually process EU spouse visa applications within a few months compared to the UK processing time , which can take up to 6 months and is liable to be refused. The other advantages of the EU route are the ability to claim benefits on the return to the UK , access to the NHS free of charge and the ability to obtain a student loan for your spouse. The UK visa route limits access to welfare for 5 years for both spouses.
